Log into your account, navigate to Settings > Legal & Privacy, and submit a closure request. We process closures within 24 hours. Any balance due to you is returned to your original deposit method (DANA, OVO, GoPay, QRIS or bank account). Closed accounts cannot be reopened; you'd need to register fresh.

Yes. File a data subject access request through your account portal or email our Legal team. We compile your personal data, transaction history, account activity and preferences into a portable file and send it within 14 days. You can then download or forward it elsewhere.

Transaction records and account activity logs are kept for seven years to comply with local financial reporting requirements. After seven years, records are securely deleted unless a legal hold or ongoing dispute applies. Personal account details are kept while your account is active, then retained two years post-closure.
