All data moving between your device and erek00 travels over encrypted channels (HTTPS). Payment details from DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS are never stored in readable form on our servers.

Account Access

Your login uses your email and a password you create. We recommend a strong, unique password. You can enable two-factor authentication in Settings > Security to add a second verification step.

Cookies and Tracking

When you browse erek00, we place small tracking files on your device to remember your lobby preferences, language setting and login status so you do not re-enter credentials on every visit.

Data Retention

We keep your account details for as long as your profile is active. After you close your account, transaction records stay with us for two years to help with disputes or refund claims.
